Welcome to my portfolio !
My name is Margerie Huet Dastarac, I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at Electronic Health Information Lab, working on finetuning large language models applied to health tabular data. Passionate about AI models, I wrote my thesis about building 3D CNN and Transformers AI models to predicting the dose distribution deposited in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy treatments. I love learning and playing with multimodal architectures mixing sound, text and images.
